Calming Conflict will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of any personal information collected, and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Calming Conflict will ensure only those necessary have access to your personal information. Personal information is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities. This service may be performed on our behalf and data may be hosted by Calming Conflict’s selected data storage providers. In some cases these facilities may be overseas.

 

 

Information Access

Calming Conflict may allow for information you provide to be distributed publicly for the purposes of marketing if you provideCalming Conflict with written permission (physical, email and/or social media message/comment) to do so. This information may become publicly available and may be read, collected and used by others either on our websites or outside of our websites. Calming Conflict is not responsible for the conduct of others who may read, collect and use this information.

Calming Conflict reserves the the right to charge reasonable processing, handling and postage fees where deemed appropriate. Information Changes

In the same way, a request may be made to delete personal information contained on a Calming Conflict database, and all reasonable steps to delete the information will be made, except where it is required for legal reasons.
